ABOUT CULINARY AGENCY
Michael Psaltis founded The Culinary Entertainment Agency in 2005 with a singular focus on the cooking and lifestyle markets. At a time when chefs, food writers, and culinary personalities were becoming increasingly influential across publishing, television, live events, and brand partnerships, CEA helped shape and expand the business of food talent representation.
Over the years, Michael and CEA worked with some of the most accomplished chefs, writers, television personalities, creators, restaurateurs, and producers in the food world. The agency developed and negotiated book deals, represented clients in television and digital media, secured licensing, merchandising, spokesperson, ambassador, and personal appearance opportunities, and helped create original content across platforms.
Culinary Agency represents the next chapter in Michael’s work — a more focused platform for helping food talent and hospitality brands build lasting value from their ideas, reputations, partnerships, and intellectual property.
